TREG Test System    

This is a low cost Test System designed primarily for Precision References, Linear Regulators, Bipolar and MosFet drivers, etc. It has 3 programmable voltage sources and 1 programmable current source. The base system will handle up to 0.5A. A 10 amp module is offered as an option. All resources incorporate a switching matrix and 16 Bit DACs for maximum accuracy. The Measurement Unit utilizes a 16 Bit A/D with a programmable Gain to achieve accurate measurements as low 250uV.

There is an optional Time Measurement Unit available. The TMU has a resolution of < 16ns and an accuracy of 32ns. The TMU can be used as 2 additional precision low current voltage sources when the TMU is not in use.

The Test System comes complete with Computer, Test Software and a comprehensive manual.
